Excellent scent
2 of 2 found this helpful I love this fragrance. It reminds me of the flowers that use to grow next to my grandparents house. I loved those beautiful flowers.

Good, but repetitive
Good book overall.
Could have been a lot smaller book, maybe even a paperback, very repetitive.
Never really got down to the "nitty gritty" of the idea of the book.
I had to basically scan through the rest of the book to try to get to the root of the idea of the book.
After I read it I ended up just going on line and looking up the facts on Gluten Free diet.

Not for everyone.
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a personal opinion and not a self help book for sure. The swearing was a real put off. I expected some real heartfelt self help from personal experience. But, it was more a story than that. I would place this in the self help section because it did not help me at all.
