If as good as predecessor will probably last a long time
Purchased to replace same model unit that finally burned out (electrical controls not the metal body which is still sound) after 27 years (!) of heavy usage. Extremely effective--triples or quadruples effective heat output of wood-burning cast iron stove. If this unit is as good as predecessor, very highly recommend.

Works great at a price much lower than buying the exact same product in a big box store.
