    The seller was great with communication even before I purchased and after delivery. The product was as described and was fresh with an expiration date of 11/2025 as stated. The only issue was caused by the post office not the seller. The bars inauthentic packages broken but it didn’t matter because it broke where you break it to eat the bar. I plan to purchase from this seller again. Highly recommend. Pictures included.

Very reasonable budget phone for a very reasonable price
First the good. Phone has a 13MP camera. It is absolutely fantastic. Phone size is average for a 5.5" display Battery life is average. It is Dual SIM so supports 2 phone numbers. Factory Unlocked so works on any world standard carrier so it won't work on Verizon, or Sprint or their MVNO partners. The BAD. Not enough memory you will have to install a MICRO SD card. They are quite inexpensive. Slow Processor. However it is what should be expected in its price range. Generally the phone is smooth but occasionally can get laggy. Clean OS, No garbage from carriers like ATT, TMobile, MetroPCS, Sprint, Verison and MVNOs.

Nice Product but!!!
I had a NiteCore i4 the Jet Beam Enhanced version. It caused AAA batteries to charge too fast and over heat so I switched costing about $15.00 more. The VC4 needs a USB charger and that is an annoyance. Only 1 slot charges at 1 amp. If any more batteries are added, all slots charge at 0.5A or less. It seems to charge AAA batteries better. I would use a battery cartridge and charge 3 AAA Ni-Mh batteries at once in the NiteCre i4. They would charge just fine. The Xtar VC4 thinks the the 3 Ni-Mh batteries in the cartridge are Li-ion. I think the NiteCore i4 and the JetBeam i4 that does not need a USB charger, and over $10.00 less is a better value over all. The mAh readout is nice to identify fakes. But, I may have had issues with it. I discharged a 18650 Genuine Recycled from a HP laptop. When fully charged, Xtar claimed only 658mAh. I can't tell if the battery is weak or if it was a charger issue. The battery is genuine. Would I recommend it? That would depend on what you are looking for. If you need the readout of the battery capacity, then yes. If you don't need the mAh feature, my personal feeling is to stay away from the VP4 / VP2 and go with NiteCore or JetBeam both virtually the same item and same manufacturer. The only reason I am keeping the Xtar is that it seems to do a better job charging AAA batteries. But, larger capacity batteries are much slower than the i4. The i4 has a built in power adapter. A quality 2a charger can cost up to an additional $20.00 to make the VC4 function. So, in the final analysis, the i4 costs about $17 while the VC4 with a quality USB charger comes in at about $50.00.
