A fast, secure and reliable VPN

I've been using Freedome VPN for a year and am using it extensively for p2p download/upload and video streaming needs, and overall I'm impressed with it in terms of stability, speed and security. The download speed can be up to 10mbps and upload up to 2mbps or more depending on your network. It rarely if ever disconnets, and in case it does its Killswitch works flawlessly to prevent your real IP from leakage. Its basic tier for 3 devices is enough for most users while its 5- and 7-device tiers cater to users with more devices and the pricing is competitive against other majior VPNs such as Express VPN and Nord VPN. One minor downside is ite relatively small number of servers worldwide, and most of them throttle or ban p2p clients such as Bittorrent and emule, as they're obliged to meet the DMCA requirements imposed by the US. However I do find a few servers are compatible with p2p usage, i.e. Zurich, Brussles, Madrid, Espoo, Dublin and Prague, and they should well meet your p2p requirement. Lastly, I recommend that you order this VPN from eBay which is significantly lower in price than purchase direcly on its website.

Reliable as a data storage drive

It is a solid data drive as it copied my 180 GBs of data without a hitch. The only gripe is with its read/write speed. Rather than the advertised 130 MB/s, my copying process consistently ran at between 25-80 MB/s with the speed for copying smaller files such as pics and docs going at the lower end. It's good enough as a data storage drive, not recommended if you're looking for one as an application drive such as torrenting files, running a virtual machine or usingPhotoshop.
