It's a miracle!
Honestly, I couldn't believe how much faster this pressure cooker was compared to my slow cooker..A chuck roast that took *hours* in the slow cooker only needed 1 1/2 hours in the pressure cooker..But, it was also more tender and flavorful..Wow!
Grits, another miracle, only took 12 minutes, without the constant attention they normally need..Place grits, water and salt in the pot, close the lid, cook 12 minutes..All I needed to do when they were finished was to whisk in some heavy cream and serve straight from the cooker..No hassle, just awesome food!!
