Took a chance
1 of 1 found this helpful I saw this online and it was advertised as "for parts only" and I paid 25 percent of the cost for a new one. When I got it, there was literally only one part missing. Everything else was in the box!! The one piece missing was easy to fabricate. A steel rod with two holes drilled in the ends for cotter pins! The rack fits nicely onto the back of my motorhome and the bicycles are easy to load. The rack does move around a little so I think I will need to add a hitch rattle bracket. The only other con I would say is that the Velcro straps on the wheel rods are not substantial enough to secure bicycle tires. I plan to use bungee straps. I took a chance and for me it worked out!!
