Very Satisfied
The placard protectors are of sturdy vinyl/plastic and fit my NC placards perfectly. Very easy to hang over the rear view mirror with the attached hanger style hook. Highly recommend them.

Defective Handle Lock
Returned one day after receiving due to handle locking mechanism not working so could not secure handles.
