Superior Product, Excellent Design
Prefer this product to other brands. The products themselves are battlefield proven and I have no hesitation in recommending same. The adhesive is reasonably aggressive, the size of the product appropriate, and the design including vents is in my opinion superior to other designs. The fact that these items come in pairs is an advantage over some others that are offered only as singles - when a 2nd patch is needed it isn't time to start looking for what isn't there.

Larger Wounds Need a Larger Dressing
The XL Combat Gauze is the same product as the regular Combat Gauze, but in a wider size, making it more useful for larger, gaping wounds. Think in terms of a serious chainsaw injury.
The gauze will work in the same manner as the regular product, but is able to cover more territory faster without having to resort to a 2nd packet of gauze to fill the same space.
QuickClot is combat proven and carried by police and fire units alike. Because it works.

Improved design
An improved product that is reasonably priced and convenient to carry. I prefer these to 14 ga decompression needles. These are my go-to for chest decompression outside the ER.
