A real lifesaver
It may be not the easiest reading, especially if you're not native English, but it really helps to find causes and solutions for chronic pain and teaches a lot about bad postural habits and their consequences. There are a few books out there on the topic but this one is the one I'd recommend due to it's thoroughness, relatively simple wording and the emphasis on self-help. For 98% of the massages shown you only need a tennis or rubber ball and your own hands. I advise to read through the wole book before starting to practice it and take the instructions and warnings in it seriously.

Could not keep the point even on first use
This was one of the most expensive and one of the most disappointing brushes I have ever bought. The hairs split up on first use (with diluted paint, nothing extraordinary) and there was no way keeping it at a point even after cleaning with brush soap. I am painting for seven years now, I had a lot of brushes, and I have not seen such behaviour in any, except the cheapest asian brushes so far. I have read in the reviews of the other well known e-commerce site the same complaint by several people. Maybe I was unlucky and got the 1 defective in 100... If you are not up for gambling, do not buy. I ended up breaking mine in half in an act of blind rage and threw it away, fortunately I did not mess up the figure with it...

Highly recommended
High dosage, uses olive oil as carrier instead of soy as the cheaper brands do, is small caspusels and easily swallowed. Price is fitting the value.
