Well made product with jaws that did not line up.
This tool is very heavy for its size, indicating that it is sturdy and made with strong elements, including stainless steel components. However, the major flaw to this tool was that the jaws were not parallel. they were off by about 1/16 of an inch. Also, if you are gripping or bending thick material, your hands/fingers will be far apart. I am using it to bend crab trap wire that is 16 gauge without the coating. Thank you.

Replacement Handle
This handle was purchased to replace the same item. The old one got a gummy feel to the handle and started to delaminate. I called Shimano and they said that it could be a number of things that were the cause, including sunscreen . . . In my ipinion, they just mentioned a list of things to cover their behinds.
