Simply the best

I've gotten in the habit of using only Warne Maxima rings and base on all of my hunting rifles, and for any rifle where I don't need to compensate for ultra long range. When I do I'll use MCS rings and Nightforce rails. But for anything other than that very specialized situation the Warne Maxima is the ring/base combo to use. Ultra high quality in terms of fit, uniformity and finish, they are also super rugged and clamp the scope and base very tightly indeed. By far the best among all the commercially available choices. Maybe some custom rings are better, but if so I haven't found any that are.
