Knox Gelatine equals no knee pain
2 of 2 found this helpful Osteobiflex with Knox Gelatin is what I used for years and years, til one day they just decided to stop manufacturing it. I needed to keep my meniscus strong as I weigh 260 lbs. and love to walk cardiovascularly. Knox is the active ingredient, so I ordered it, and no more knee pain, thus I resumed walking again and am keeping blood sugar and blood pressure right with no medication.
