Meets and exceeds expectations
I bought this cookware to replace 10 year old good quality non-stick pots and pans that had increasing degradation of the teflon coating. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the new generation non-stick surface. It's no stick properties make everything, stir fry, saute or slide out easily. I do use a minimal amount of pre-cooking. oil rubbed on with a papertowel and avoid high heat settings as per manufacturers recommendation. Clean up is a breeze either in dishwasher or by hand. It was also a surprise that the pieces are substantial weight but not as heavy as the photos suggest. It may not be gourmet quality but for everyday cooking tasks, it meets and exceeds my expectations.
