Great Fabric, Shoddy Construction
I had to rip a lot of the bottom out to line up the legs to the correct places. The fabric and cushion is fantastic, but the legs are short and awkward. I feel bad because no one can sit in it because they groan attempting to get up from such a low chair. I'm sad I paid so much for a chair I really needed and it's not a decorative piece. It's a little too short be decorative actually. Maybe a large plant behind it would do the trick. You are not curling up on this thing to read a book. The ONE time I splurge and it's just sitting here. Since I had to rip out the bottom to attack the legs, I doubt I can return it. I'm partially paralyzed anyway so there's no way I could ship it back. It was a mistake. Why make a beautiful cushion and then skimp and make it too bizarre to use or even look at right now...again, hoping a plant will help mask the weirdness this has brought my living room. Think of buying a $230 chair for your three year old. It really is a child's seat. I am pretty down about this.
