Much cheaper than its competitors, but does the job brilliantly.
Excellent quality, very reasonably priced hot brush which works brilliantly. No, it doesn't have a temperature control, but the manufacturers have obviously worked out the optimum heat - if it gets too hot, I simply press the "off" switch whilst leaving the brush in my hair and it retains the heat for several minutes. If I had to make a criticism, it would be that the metal barrel retains its heat for rather too long; I prefer to use it without the brush attachment, but when I remove the hot brush from one section of my hair to curl it round another section, the metal barrel is sometimes too hot to wind the hair around it and I have to wait a short time for it to cool down. But I learned very early on to switch the machine off a minute or so before I need to remove it from my hair (as I've already said, it retains its heat) so that it's ready to use on my next curl. Apart from that, I can't criticise the product; it's a really good item and highly recommended.

A wonderful gift for anyone who's expecting a baby !
This Baby Record Book has the most lovely cover, and as soon as I saw it I knew it was exactly what I wanted for my niece, who's expecting her first in a few weeks time. But I would suggest that the sellers would benefit by showing more of the beautiful inside pages, as only the cover was actually displayed. When I received the book and was able to properly look through it, I was absolutely delighted. Each page is most beautifully illustrated with really lovely pictures, and plenty of space for Mum to enter all the important details of her baby's development - from important dates such as vaccinations, to fun details like when Mum got her first full night's sleep! I don't normally give such enthusiastic reviews, but in this case I feel this lovely book is well worth five stars and more. A wonderful gift for anyone who's expecting a baby.

Excellent - just what I was looking for !
I'd been looking to buy a new towel rail for my kitchen to replace the old one, which was beginning to tarnish. I found several which appeared to be okay, but when I measured them, the arms were too short and wouldn't have held a drying-up towel without folding. Then I came across this one; not only were the arms that little bit longer, but it also seems to be very well made with good strong fittings, and looks very smart. Being made from stainless steel it shouldn't tarnish, so hopefully will last a lifetime. Not the cheapest, but very good quality - you get what you pay for !
