Excellent model
Incredible rendering of gun. I rated it “durable” but it is only moderately so and care needs to be taken operating moving parts. A MAJOR feature of the MG 42 was the quickly replaceable barrel and this model operates that way but care is needed and I really don’t recommend doing more than opening and swinging open “the gate” but not actually pulling the installed barrel free.
Also the Stock and Muzzle are just dry fitted in place and will need a light gluing (I used gel super glue). Also just the tongue of the belt should go through the breech with the first bullet resting lightly in place. This doesn’t (and shouldn’t) require glue. If you have 21st century MG ‘conical’ drum magazines it has the mounting ‘ears’ to accept it, but like the rest of the gun manipulate GENTLY and don’t expect a super firm connection. I also purchased the Spare Barrel and Case (not included) which really makes this complete. I have not tried to actually exchange the spare barrel with this gun, but really why would you? Looks like it could be done though. Like all Dragon stuff the tolerances are incredible and seem to support the operation, but why take a chance on breaking delicate parts needlessly?

Hasbro “Fighting” Gen. Patton ⭐️⭐️⭐️
0 of 2 found this helpful This “official” GI JOE version and stand is great. I love that it comes with his dog and flags/patch. I’ve collected the 1:6 scale “History Channel” figure and Hand Built a medal and sash laden DID version with a George C Scott head sculpt also (displayed on a stand I bought here as well), but this is a sentimental favorite. Pictured is the George C Scott one on the fantastic stand included in the Hasbro version

Great 1/6 Fallschirmjager German WWII parachute set
I was very impressed upon actually receiving this set.
Not only does it include a ‘soft’ packed version and harness, but also includes a HUGE parachute that with working scale gated hooks can be interchanged on the harness representing one deployed. I have not yet tested its’ functionality on a figure, but it certainly seems as though it would function like the real thing. Also very nice were the plastic sleeves around the lines that keep them from being a tangled mess when shipped.
