  Seller claimed the perfume to be brand new and authentic. Shipping took 11 days. The perfume was fake and nozzle had been opened to be diluted with something else. Bottle is fake too. I opened return case, seller ran away and ignored me. Ebay had to step in. Avoid this seller!

  SCAM, BUYER BEWARE. Smells nothing like the real version with no lasting power or similar notes. It’s a real bottle refilled with something gross smelling. Bought from this seller because of great reviews but they didn’t even respond to my messages. Do not buy from this seller.

  Identical new heater installed 1/30/24 which failed mid October 10/2024. Reason for failure unknown but as recent Hurricane Helene disrupted water and electric service, this is suspected source of failure. New replacement installed 10/30/24 per installation instructions. Immediate failure within 1 minute with error code indicating AO suggesting air in intake (unlikely) and issue "resolving". Failure did NOT resolve. Manufacturer customer service contact almost impossible to find, UNRESPONSIVE
