pin point accuracy.
It lights up 1/2 mile across an 80 acre parcel across the road from my house. a few shims and the center of brightness can be put at zero of aiming point. Put your head down and the sights are dead on. Orient it so both hands on rifle with one finger able to push on/off. very practical for up to 1,000 meter shots at night

Light weight
Keep it in your top pocket or next to the computer in your shop. Make anything from a bar or steel. All you need is a machine tool and a trusting boss.

use care
Be careful with elevation and windage adjustment set screws. Elevation may run out of travel and set screw will fall through inside of housing.
My suggestion is upon initial mounting, if the light and laser are not relatively close, consider a shim. My Smith and Wesson didn't quite seat. I could have used a file to remove some plastic on the mounting surface for a more uniform flat surface. I am now in the process of dismantling to retrieve the set screw.
