My "Go To" Board
I use Global Knives and it didn't make sense to me to cut on anything but hardwood - the knives are too expensive. The Boos board is the answer and I put a small rubber piece of shelf liner under it to keep it from moving around. FYI, the real hard Boos boards are the butcher block ones - like rocks!

Low UPF (30), but light, comfortable fabric, big pockets, ample back vent. Rollup sleeve holders use buttons - most do. They should use velcro - quicker and easier to affix.
