Very used, far from new.

Everything arrived on time. That's where it ended. The packaging looked like it's been on a shelf for years, and was not sealed when it arrived. Screws were way too tight to be from the factory that way. I have all the tools needed to mount scopes and the poor quality of screws just stripped the heads out. Everything about this product makes me think it's second hand or very used.
