I think it is either worn out or defective. Thank you for listening
Noisy...sparks when plug in. Slides down or stops moving. Doesn't work like advertised. And very noisy..I had to use ear protectors and it was still noisy..

Good robot
It's quiet and it does the job I want plus it doesn't fall off on edges. So far it's all good
