The buyer contacted me and said they were on a budget. I worked hard to get them the product they needed at a fair price. I also included extra samples. This package was sent out and delivered on time. The buyer doesn’t understand that eBay and the US postal service are different entities and that they operate separately. The package was shipped on a Saturday (as stated to the customer).

Crock crack in third month.
Crock cracked after 7th use in the third month of ownership. No one has returned a single message. Thanks for standing behind what you sell.
