A very helpful book for everyone to read!
Great book and wonderful information about the importance of drinking an adequate amount of water everyday and how it affects our bodies.

These are my second pair, since I managed to run my first pair over with my car. They are well made, however, I do think namebrand items are often over priced. I do like the style and they fit well. They hold up well, since I had my first pair for a few years and they were still in very good shape. It's always best to store them in a case when not wearing them, but that can be a hassle at times. Overall, it's a good product and offers good protection from the sun's rays.
