More convenient than the 1-beater mixers, but not as powerful
Have only used this once so far. It's the modern version of what I grew up with. I wanted these features:
1. two beaters. 2. a bowl that turns. 3. a bowl I can scrape as the mixer is running. Works just fine, but I can tell it won't handle stiff dough (such as yeast bread). It is less substantial than the "old" models, but definitely what I wanted for things like cookies, cakes and muffins.
