SRT-201 has had an excellent repuation ever since it was built a few decades ago,
1 of 1 found this helpful When the original SRT-101 was created, it was basically the first major SLR that reached a broad market. Both the 101 and the 201 are superb cameras for someone who is serious about photography, as opposed to using an everything-auto digital camera as a turnkey appliance.
With the SRT101 and 201 you get to really learn how to select aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, manual distance setting, etc., etc.
Some of my best photos were taken with these cameras in the late '60s, using a very unforgiving Kodachrome slide film which has a minimal exposure latitude (meaning, any wrong exposure results in a very bad image). The best photos were rewarding and made it all worthwhile.
The Rokkor lenses by Miniolta are excellent, as well.

Works fine. This was a replacement for a burned out power supply, and it works just fine.
