Not worth it
After buying this book and the Longevity .... by the same author, I had an appointment with my nutritionist and she said the lectins is cooked out so not to worry about it and that she is not impressed with the author. The author misquoted the pages and said he has the amount of the supplements specified but it was not mentioned where all the supplements were listed; he seemed to not have proof-read his book!! Don't take the grapefruit seed extract, it causes dizzyness. I almost passed out from taking it, a condition I have never experienced before. I tried it a few days later and the same thing happened and after I stopped taking it, it never happened again. It does have some good recipes but you can get the vegetarian recipes for free from everywhere else. Just try to eat organic food/meat and more vegetables if you can.

Gives me more energy & feel less lethargic
A friend of mine recommended this and I bought a box to try out. After taking 1pk/day for three days, I felt a lot better and had more energy to do things. My brother-in-law is Japanese and he eats a lot of this fermented soy beans but it doesn't look too appetizing to me even though I knew it has a lot of benefits. My friend said she takes 1pk/day for a month and now 2-3 tabs/day and she takes it at night. However, I take it in the morning since it gives me energy to do things during the day. There are 8 tab/pk. I bought another box but found another website that sells it for $5 cheaper. Since this is something natural and not chemical, I think I will continue taking it.

Good value for the money!
My neighbor's husband has been looking for these in the stores for awhile and couldn't find them so they asked me to find them on the internet for him. He was quite happy with them since they are his favorite socks. They are about $6 cheaper than those on Amazon and Walmart.
