Perfect fit and low price
The fit is perfect, the price was great. The piece itself looks and feel more of a light duty item, but for the price point, it's to be expected.

Easy, fast, clean.
Easy and fast to use and clean, looks great so it doesn't step out of the kitchen decor. Much easier and efficient than hand frother sticks and 110% easier than steam.

Small, light and comfortable
The shuffle II is comfortable even if it's a small grip, it's solid and light. Steel is decent and keeps an edge good enough. There are much much better knives out there, but for the price, it's hard to beat.
The only down side I found is the grip scales sound and feel cheap, but I guess how thin and light they are gets this in trade off. Didn't have trouble with em, it's just feeling.
