Sturdy and a good value, just a little short for tall people doing Body Pump.
Everything as described and is good quality and construction. The only problem is if you are getting this for Body Pump and you are tall 5'10" + its a little small to lay on your back without your head going over and you want one that is longer. I'll make do though. For the price and quality I cannot complain.
