  Lot to unpack here, sadly only half of what I paid for based on their own product description. When confronted with their error, their solution was for ME to pay for shipping the item back for a pending refund. Nothing in our interaction convinces me that they would actually follow through. Then tried to imply I was a cheapskate based on my choice in shipping means, which I didn’t even know was an option, as some insight into me as a customer. Check the receipts people!

  Description could have been clearer, buyer thought he was buying two items, but title and photo clearly showed the single item I was selling. Offered a full refund. A full refund includes a refund for his shipping costs, but he was already on a tangent. Accused me of a "bait and switch" scheme and stated he was under no obligation to return the item. At that point, I figured this was the end result. As far as shipping goes, read the rules, understand the options. Ask questions and be polite.
