Excellent appetite suppressant

If you take the appropriate dose for your personal needs, it works VERY well. I have lost over 70lbs by using this supplement. You just have to be consistent with when you take it and how much you take for your appetite. Drinking a glass of water with each dose is necessary for the effect. If you are looking to eat less per meal, this product is excellent. Knowing how (appropriate dose) and when (at least 15 minutes before eatting) to use it is the key.
