It looks tough but is plastics coating
1 of 1 found this helpful $60 is way over priced for a plastic coated metal look. I’m pretty sure a ball ping hammer could split this open. Kinda disappointed in the quality.

Bright but not efficient
There is no way to install the light without the weather boot. Now there is moisture all on the inside of the lenses. Not real excited. I would not recommend these.

Bearcat off road series
2 of 2 found this helpful I’m not really using this for off road. I use it for hi way use. At first I used a cheap antenna from a local retail store and got a approximately a mile range. I was really pleased and impressed with that. I’ve sense purchased a better antenna to get a little more range. It’s real convenient with all the operations and settings on the mic and the compact light weight design I also really like that the speaker is in the mic. That is the main reason why I purchased it. I would recommend this model to everyone!!
