NEW Toshiba DVR620 DVD/ VHS Recorder Combo With 1080p Upconversion Black

Best Recording Quality

I have owned probably 20 DVD recorders and was really hoping to purchase a Bly-Ray recorder, but since one that works in the USA costs $2000+ I have not been able to afford it. I decided to purchase this Toshiba DVR recorder with 1080p upconversion and it has far and away surpassed anything I have ever owned before. I have made close to a thousand dvds with movies, series, etc., and purchased this unit to do the same as I could care less about VHS dubbing. The recording quality on this unit is amazing, particularly when compared to other DVD recorders (Any other DVD recorder), and it even turns my old crappy DVD recording into near high definition quality. It seems like it may be 720, even though my tv display swears it is 1080-either way it is at least double the picture quality than it was before. I might actually purchase another one of these units just to have one ready if I ever need it. Product arrived ahead of schedule and has performed beyond my expectations-I was totally skeptical of the 1080 Upconversion, but it is completely true. I would recommend this unit to my mother, or my best friend-no way you will ever beat this deal on any other electronic purchase you make in your life. Great product and I never write good reviews. Fastest delivery ever-Packaging could be better

Quality blank DVDs with incredibly fast delivery-ordered one day, received them the next. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was there in no plastic holding device upon which to store the blank DVDs while they are in the process of being utilized-in other words the DVDs are just loosed once one removes the thick plastic outer wrapping-it is not a big deal as long as one has an old temporary storage hard case to put them on.
