WONDERFUL REMASTERS
Awesome CD!, all of the Fresh Sound CD's are very high quality. I especially like their THE BEST VOICES TIME FORGOT series and their Big Band CD's. All remastered from original master tapes and sound 10X better than previous issues. Highly recommended.
Yo-Yo Ma Plays Ennio Morricone SACD DSD

AWESOME SOUND
YO YO MA WITH MARRICONE SOUNDTRACKS HAS AWESOME SOUND. I had been looking for this SACD for quite some time. The CD version is common but the SCAD version is rather rare. The multichannel sound from this SACD is just outstanding. Yo Yo Ma with the Rome Symphony Orchestra produced beautiful music and I never get tired of listening to it. I use it to demonstrate my sound system to friends as the sound is so fabulous. Just, look for one and buy it, it is not to be missed.

Great music, too much church echo
I have bought both volume 1 & 2 and both have too much echo in SACD mode. Probably from where it was recorded. Played in stereo via SACD or CD player much better. Pentatone usually makes the best recordings out there but these were compromised by the location.
