No more lost lapel pins

These pin backs are a great replacement for the metal clutch backs that come on most lapel pins.I've lost too many lapel pins over time from having the metal clutch backs failing to hold or get worn out.I have not lost a single pin while using these rubber backs! When I give a pin away,I always change the metal clutch back for one of these.HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
