The goofy comedy that revealed "James Bond" is a job title, not a person. That's why there have been so many of them!
While the case says "Region B", this particular UPC (5 060057 212172) plays on Region A machines, too.
Since Region A copies of "Casino Royale" (the comedic 1967 version) are very hard to find, I'd recommend this as an alternative.
The only issue is that the transfer from film didn't clean up every minor flaw and artifact, but considering how thoroughly ridiculous James Cameron's recent transfers look after he delegated the "cleanup" to A.I., I'll gladly accept the feeling of sitting in a theater during my childhood and watching movies that were actually projected through film.
