Great for Toning Muscles at Any Age
Finally got to unpack and start to use this. what an awesome machine! Easy to use and setup and get going. So much information is provided on exercise it was hard to know where to start, but the included Get Stared DVD was very helpful. I have used this three times now and my arms, shoulders and back are getting the workout I wanted. Feeling it in my core and legs also but I think there might be better exercises for my legs than the start up exercises. I'm almost 70 and wanted to keep my muscles tones and strong since I have a small farm and there are always heavy feed bags and hay bales to move. Plus you loose muscle tone as you age so if you don't keep the muscles toned they go weak. Not for me!! My partner will also be using this to strength his arms and legs after having heart surgery.
