UniFi Security Gateway is not for noobs
6 of 7 found this helpful Once configured and going, the USG works fine. It was not an easy or intuitive process to get the USG installed. UBNT has a document "How to adopt a USG into an existing network" that must be followed exactly, and I do mean exactly. The first time I did not follow it exactly and DHCP did not work correctly and no amount of configuration changed its behavior. I 'forgot' the device in the UBNT Controller which resets the USG to factory defaults, then follow the document exactly. Now the USG runs fine and provides much network information.
Yes, I would buy the USG again but as I stated in my title: the USG is not for noobs.

UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 much improved
UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 much improved over original Cloud Key: faster, more storage and the display is great for multi-site clients as it displays its IP address.

GB70 Works Great and Holds Its Charge for months
I have 2 - Noco GB70's and they work great. The GB70 is powerful enough to start our cars and 40' motorhome. Plus, I was able to get rid of jumper cables. No longer am I dependent on someone else should my battery go dead.
