  WOW! This DVD/VCR combo player is a work of art. It didn't come with a remote but so far that has not been a problem. I was torn between the Toshiba V296 and this one and I'm very happy I chose the Pioneer. The seller was a dream to work with and he shipped promptly. The seller could have used a little more packing material to protect the item because it got a nice fat dent on the DVD side panel courtesy of the USPS. However, it does not effect the functionality.
