A small book, but with a character bigger than life.
A true life story of a guy with unlimited imagination and guts. The only thing that would be better would be a signed copy.

Just as advertised.
It is so comprehensive, is easily digested, and even my chiropractor, who has a line of supplements, agreed that it is very good.

I recommend it and bought it as a gift for my sister also.
The recipes are mostly made from ingredients to easily have on hand. There is an explanation with each recipe telling me why they do things differently than other methods. The directions are specific, complete, and easy to follow, so there is no guessing at temps or times. The results of the few recipes we have tried have been delicious.
