It is what it says it is.
It's just a very well made aluminum shut off valve. It works and it looks like it will last a long time.

It's ok but has some issues.
Any little breeze blows this thing around like a drunk hummingbird. The range is horrible. The video is very unstable and makes it hard to watch. It's a toy and nothing more.

Basic and functional.
It works pretty well. It's also basic so you don't have a lot of dials to confuse. It does what it's supposed to do.
