Germination
1 of 1 found this helpful As the instructions said that came with the product, germination takes place above 70°F. During winter my house stays below 70°F and sure enough it yielded no germination. Until I found a warmer place to try it again and behold I got germination! Thank you for the extra seeds. I'm sure that you heard of this before. I was surprised that the seeds were so tiny, it just looked like a packet of dirt upon first examination.

Perfect for my needs
I don't understand how these other manufacturers of cat doors can charge can charge $15-$50 for a simple flap in a door. Is this cat door one side comes with screws to attach it, the other side comes with sticky foam tabs. I found a much neater installation can be done by eliminating the foam tabs and using a few beads of hot glue. You could eliminate the screws on the other side using this much simpler method. My cat really seems to enjoy the door.

Makes my mild cat allergytolerable
I have always had a cat. Are used to have to wash my face and rinse my eyes to keep them from itching. I've tried other products that cost two or three times as much as this. This was a much better value with equal performance.
