DAMAGED ITEM

Price of item was fair, that's why I purchased it. Upon receiving item, packaging was totally crushed. Why was it in a large envelope? It would've made more sense if it was packaged in a box, that is more sturdy and secure. The packaging of the merchandise is very important. Is anyone going to be acknowledging this issue and make it right? Especially after I've spent money and then receiving a damaged item, because of poor packaging choice. Please respond and take care of this situation.
