  Prompt payment. I am sorry that you weren’t satisfied and couldn’t get the ball to work. I do know they are difficult to get going. It worked when we last used it or I would’ve tossed it and not bothered with this process. Unfortunately, I don’t see the value of wasting postal time for a $5 return. But if you want to send it back I will gladly accept it and return the $5 you spent for the ball. Again, I apologize for your dissatisfaction.
