  I had the item packaged real well with bubble wrap in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box purchased from Ebay which included insurance , the scanner was in perfect condition when I sent it to the buyer. The US postal service damaged and smashed the scanner in shipping. The buyer randy2266 expects me to issue a refund for damage caused by the postal system and as I said I'm not refunding money caused by the USPS on a insured item and apparently Ebay does not want to help and causes me additional stress
