Ad200 flash
I now own 4 ad200pro’s and 2 ad200’s. That should be an indication of their extreme usefulness. These are small and convenient battery powered monolights, that fit anywhere and put out good, consistent and powerful light.
With the appropriate trigger for your camera, they are fully remote controlled and full TTL

Nicely made ballhead
The manfrotto MH055MO ballhead is very well made. Very smooth to use. It is the Goldilocks of the 054, 055, and 057 range. I have all three and I like the weight of the 055 better than the heavier 057.
Definitely a professional quality product, good for years of heavy use.
