It works
I was pleasantly surprised how effective this product was , coupled with a rubber solution on my leaky porch, it appears to have kept the water at bay.

Don't bother
It came without the vital lithium battery which ultimately rendered the device useless. It's a specific battery which comes in it's own container which holds a circuit board. This wasn't included included. I'll look for one elsewhere.

These replacements look really good. Instalation will be in the new year so I won't know performance characteristics till then but I anticipate they will be more than adequate.
