  All on USPS shoulders which still, after receiving shipment from vendor 2/28. still is posting, "On its way. Arriving late." on 3/16. I've applied and received credit thru ebay guarantee. USPS asks vendor and buyer wait a little longer. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."
