Headache: don't waste your time & money
1 of 2 found this helpful I had issues as soon as I took them out of the box. I had to update the firmware over 5 times for them to update. I have been using the quantum 800 with Xbox and also for conference calls with work and majority of the time I am using them audio and mic audio is intermittent. The other times the mc does not work at all. Not worth the headache for the price. i am very dissatisfied with this product. I am a die hard JBL owner thinking that all the other jbl products work with no issues.
