Excellent headlamp!

Charging functions doesn’t work
I purchased the 24v 8000w unit and it will
Not charge my batteries. They claim the batteries have to reach completely dead in order to charge them. Mine reached that level and it doesn’t charge at all. It buzzes, and tries to invert at the same time. I’ve bought two inverters now from power jack and neither of them charge at all. If they did charge, why do they program them to only charge when the batteries are completely dead?!?! Redesign the charging to be controlled and allow the owner to turn on and charge from grid power or generator power when they want.
