Not user friendly and too expensive for the problems you get
Unsure who designed these. Let's start with the firmware updates. They aren't automatic and they don't notify you when a new one is available.
The system is very unstable, crashes randomly and changes configuration out of the blue.
Their app is very slow to show updates, and when using some features (like chat support) crashes.
I was expecting more for the price and brand you are getting, but do some homework and read the forums before you decide to jump into this wagon
